PowerPack STATICON – GREASE located in the extractor hood system, provides a cleaner system that reduces power consumption, breaks down fat molecules, and reduces odor from grease.
When PowerPack STATICON – GREASE is installed it will decompose new and existing grease which will reduce the risk of fire significantly. The system requires almost no cleaning and energy consumption will be reduced.
SG Series 1 located on the extractor hood provides a cleaner system by reducing grease accumulation within the ventilation system. The fat molecules will decompose into water, carbon dioxide, and a residue material.
SG Series 1 reduces the risk of fire, reduces odor from grease and Hydrogen Sulfide, and breaks down fat molecules into water and carbon dioxide.

The latest PowerPack STATICON does not require any electricity to operate.
Grease traps form solid and hard grease crusts and coatings over a few months of use. These Crusts need to be removed regularly and require several hours of work.
SG Series 3 reduces the need to clean the grease crus t as it decomposes while forming of new crust is heavily reduced after installation of the SG Series 3.
PowerPack STATICON – GREASE Series 4 is used on industrial kitchen appliances such as ovens, fryers, and grills.
SG Series 4 reduces residue from grease on appliances and decreases the time used for cleaning. Installed on a commercial fryer the SG Series 4 reduces the spillage of oil when frying.
In combination with SG Series 1, the PowerPack STATICONs will reduce the amount of grease in the kitchen as the fat is decomposed into H₂O and CO₂.
SG Series 5 installed on the Wastewater pipes acts as a catalyst that removes static electricity which changes the composition of the fat molecules causing them to decompose into H₂O and CO₂.
SG Series 5 reduces odor from the system and lower the content of fat in the wastewater which provides the possibility to eliminate the grease trap.
